About the Program

The game doesn't have to end.

The American Raiders are an elite adult-amateur football program built for one purpose: represent the United States on the international stage at the CSIT Amateur Olympics.

The mission.

The game does not end after college. For too many talented athletes, the final whistle blows on their last collegiate snap and the next chapter never comes. We exist to change that.

The Raiders bridge the gap: a competitive international platform for adult amateur players to continue their careers while wearing the United States flag on their sleeve. No professional contracts, no pay-to-play. Strictly amateur, strictly elite.

Over 40 nations compete in the CSIT (the Confederation Sportive Internationale du Travail), which hosts the World Sports Games every two years. American football, historically absent from the international stage, finds its ambassadors here.

We are those ambassadors.

The Code

Four values held without apology.

These are the terms of being a Raider. Not marketing copy. The actual standard players sign up to meet.

I

Excellence

Rigorous standards across all operations, from practice sessions to game competition.

II

Brotherhood

The roster functions as a unified family unit with mutual accountability and shared commitment.

III

Service

Players regard wearing the American flag as a solemn responsibility to represent the nation honorably.

IV

Legacy

Each athlete contributes to building a lasting institution of American amateur football on the world stage.

The World Stage

CSIT Amateur Olympics

The CSIT (Confederation Sportive Internationale du Travail) is an international multi-sport organization that hosts the Amateur Olympics. Over 40 nations participate across various sports, with American football included.

For the Raiders, CSIT is not a stop on a tour. It is the point. Everything (recruitment, training, fundraising, gear) traces back to taking the field there.
